For HR and People Ops
Recognition your HR system can actually trigger
A hire, an anniversary, a promotion, a role change — the event already exists in Workday, UKG, ADP or BambooHR. QuickBrand turns it into merchandise credit the employee redeems themselves. Our API is live, and our team builds the connection as part of your setup.

In-house decoration
Right now, someone is remembering this manually
Most recognition programs run on a spreadsheet and one person's diligence. Someone exports the month's anniversaries. Someone emails twelve people to ask their size. Someone places the orders, chases the addresses, and does it all again in thirty days. It works until that person is on holiday, or leaves, or headcount doubles.
The events are already in your HR system, timestamped and accurate. The only thing missing is the connection between them and the thing that gets shipped.
How it works
STAGE 1
Your system
Workday · ADP · Salesforce · HubSpot · Bamboo HR records the event
STAGE 4
STAGE 2
Rule
Configured on our live API. You define who gets what, and when.
STAGE 3
QuickBrand
Issues credit, creates an order, or generates a redemption code.
Recipient
Signs in, picks the item, chooses their own size, enters their own address.
Three ways to connect, depending on what your team wants to own
Most common
We build it
You tell us the trigger. We issue credentials, configure the connection through Zapier, Make or Power Automate, map the fields and test against your system before it goes live.
Your team owns it
Build using our API
We issue a client API key and endpoint documentation, and your developers or implementation partner call QuickBrand directly from wherever your logic lives.
Procurement-led
PunchOut
For uniform and mandatory-spend programs, buyers shop QuickBrand inside Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or SAP and return a cart to your own approval chain.
What HR teams automate first
Each one is an event you already record, and an action you currently perform by hand.
New-hire welcome kits
Fires on the start date, or a set number of days before it, so the kit is on the desk rather than in transit.
Work anniversaries and service awards
The cleanest trigger there is: a date that never changes and recurs forever, with credit tiered by year.
Uniform and PPE entitlement
A recurring allowance by role or location, spent in a catalog you control. Replaces the annual spreadsheet entirely.
Role, department or location change
Group membership follows the change, so entitlements and catalog visibility update without a ticket.
Promotions
A distinct moment worth marking, and one that rarely gets marked because it isn't on anyone's calendar.
Peer and manager recognition
Points from your recognition platform become spendable credit in a branded store instead of a generic gift card.
Safety and wellness milestones
Incident-free intervals, program completions, challenge results — recognized on the day they're achieved.
Referral rewards
Fires when the referred hire passes their qualifying date, so nobody has to track the ninety days.
Retirement and farewell
Higher-value credit with a longer redemption window and, if you want it, a curated selection.
Nobody has to ask for anyone's size
This is where most automated merchandise falls over. Sending a physical item usually means knowing a shipping address and a garment size at the moment the trigger fires — so either your HR system is storing sizing data it has no business storing, or somebody is emailing people to ask.
QuickBrand issues credit instead of shipping blind. The employee signs in with your corporate credentials, picks what they want, chooses their own size and enters their own address. Your HRIS stays clean, nobody chases anyone, and the wrong-size return rate drops because nobody had to guess.
Works with the HR stack you already run
Connected through our live API, using Zapier, Make, Power Automate or your own code: Workday · UKG · ADP Workforce Now · BambooHR · Rippling · Paylocity · Paycom · SAP SuccessFactors · Ceridian Dayforce · Namely · Gusto · Oracle HCM · Personio · HiBob · Zenefits
If your system has an API or can send a webhook and isn't on this list, it will almost certainly still work. Ask us.
What your IT and procurement teams will ask
Security
SOC 2 Type 2 certified. We complete your questionnaire as part of onboarding, not as an exception to it.
Access
Single sign-on with existing corporate credentials. API keys are scoped per site and revocable at any time.
Data
An integration can't surface anything a signed-in user couldn't see. The credit model means we never need sizing data at all.
Purchasing
cXML PunchOut into Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer and SAP, so spend stays inside the requisition and approval process you already run.
Common Questions
Questions HR teams ask
-
Any HR system with an API or the ability to send a webhook — which covers Workday, UKG, ADP, BambooHR, Rippling, Paylocity, Paycom, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce and most others. Our REST API is live and we issue client API keys, so the connection is built during onboarding rather than left to you to figure out.
-
For the recognition workflow itself, usually not — we configure that side. You'll want IT involved for single sign-on and for PunchOut, both of which are configuration projects on your end. Those are separate tracks from the automation and can happen in either order.
-
We don't ask for either. An event in your HR system issues merchandise credit; the employee signs in, picks their item and size, and enters their own delivery address at checkout. Your HRIS never has to store sizing data, and nobody has to email people to collect it.
-
Yes, on both. Credit is issued in defined amounts, so spend is bounded by what you grant. Catalog visibility is controlled by customer group, so entitlements follow department, location or role — a warehouse team and a sales team can see different catalogs on the same store, and a service-award tier can unlock a different selection.
-
Merchandise awards can carry tax implications that vary by jurisdiction, award value and program design, and your finance and payroll teams should set the treatment. What we do is give them the order and value data they need through the API, on whatever cadence suits them, so the reporting isn't reconstructed by hand at year end.
-
Yes, and it's a common setup. Your recognition platform stays where recognition happens and points accumulate; QuickBrand becomes the catalog those points are spent in. The connection is the same API path as any other system.
-
The same departure event that drives the rest of your offboarding can disable the QuickBrand account and close out unspent credit. It runs off your termination record, so it happens on the right day without anyone remembering to do it.
-
If your store is already built, a first workflow — new-hire kits or anniversaries — is typically live within a week or two, most of which is testing against your system. A brand-new store program depends on catalog and decoration decisions rather than on the integration; the integration is rarely the long pole.
