Does QuickBrand support Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta or Azure AD?

Yes. QuickBrand integrates with Okta, Azure Active Directory, and other major enterprise identity providers using SAML 2.0. Your employees access their programs using existing credentials — no new accounts, no additional password management.

Can I connect my company store to our procurement system (PunchOut)?

Yes. QuickBrand is PunchOut-enabled and connects with major eProcurement systems including Coupa and Workday via cXML. Your existing procurement workflows, approval chains, and GL coding remain unchanged.

Is the platform independently audited for security?

Yes. QuickBrand Online Stores is SOC 2 Type 2 certified — the gold standard for enterprise security. SOC 2 Type 2 validates that security controls operated effectively over a sustained period. Documentation is available for your IT review process.

How long does it take to set up a company store?

A standard company store typically launches in two to four weeks. Programs requiring custom approval workflows, PunchOut integration, or multiple divisions generally take six to eight weeks. Identity Works manages the full setup process.

Can I control what different departments or employees can see and purchase?

Yes. QuickBrand's rule-based Access & Permissions system provides granular control over which users see which products, logos, payment methods, and administrative tools. Each division can have its own tailored experience within a single platform.

Does the platform support multiple locations or divisions?

Yes — multi-site and multi-division enterprise programs are a core QuickBrand strength. Each location or division can have its own branded storefront, product catalog, approval hierarchy, and budget controls, all centrally administered.

Is there an API for integration with other systems?

Yes. Custom API endpoints are available for integration with Salesforce, Workday, HR platforms, and internal systems — enabling automated store events, reward triggering, and data sync. Development fees apply based on project scope.

Can QuickBrand connect to our HR system?

Yes, today. QuickBrand runs a live REST API and we issue client API keys as part of your setup. Any HR system that can send an outbound request can create store accounts, issue merchandise credit or place orders in QuickBrand automatically.

Do you have a listed app in the Zapier directory?

Not yet - a listed QuickBrand app is in development for early 2027. Today your Zap calls our live API using a client key we issue, reaching the same endpoints a listed app would. The difference is who does the initial setup, and today that's us.
