Collection and Our Use of Information
Personally identifiable information is collected about you when you register purchase a Product or use Contact forms. The type of information collected includes your name, company name, postal address, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers (including facsimile), postal addresses, email addresses, etc. Credit card information may also be collected (see below). In addition, personal information may be collected at other times, including, but not limited to, when you request more information and when you report a problem with the Site. If you contact the Company, the Company and Host may keep a record of that correspondence.
Collection and Use of Customer Credit Card Information – Third Party Sharing
If you are paying for Product with a credit card, payment information will be requested to conclude the transaction, as well as your mailing address or other contact information to ensure authentication and proper delivery. The Site uses industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. When you use your credit card on the Site, your credit card information, including the number and expiration date and your billing and shipping addresses, are passed onto a third party merchant who actually processes your credit card. Only the Company, the Host and the third party merchant will have authorized access to your credit card information. You can decline to provide credit card information and any other information at the Site at anytime. If you should choose to withhold requested information; however, you may not be able to purchase Product.

Protection of Childrens Personal Information
The Company does not publish content that is targeted to children. No intent exists to collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 and no such information will be knowingly collected, maintained, or disclosed. If you are under 13, you should not enter any personally identifiable information about yourself on the Site. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, reasonable efforts will be made to remove the information from the database, at your written request. To request the removal of your childs information, please call our IT Department at 608-786-3700. We will need the e-mail address that your child submitted.
Statistical vs. Personal Information
Some non-personally identifiable information is collected and stored automatically when you visit the Site. The system collects data in the server log that may include:
